Rocky Mountain Mavericks started with a conversation between parents who wanted something better for their kids. Founded in 2024 by three Foothills families, the club was built around a simple belief: elite volleyball coaching shouldn’t come with an elite price tag.
The club earned official Volleyball Alberta sanctioning in 2024, practices out of the 10Fold Regional Field House in Aldersyde, Alberta (just south of Okotoks), and has quickly built a track record — with the 17U Girls team reaching Division 2 in their second season.
Milestone: In May 2026, the Mavericks officially transitioned into a registered not-for-profit organization, ensuring our focus remains entirely on player development and community access.
